COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update:

RMS is committed to providing excellent clarinets and repair services to our customers.  At present, we are continuing trials by mail but cancelling in-person trials.

We take our customers’ and employees’ health and safety very seriously.  We are scheduling trials farther apart so that we have time to thoroughly clean and adjust instruments before and after each trial.  

Every RMS clarinet sent out on trial has a disinfection certificate enclosed.  This discloses the last time the instrument was played, wiped down and the keys disinfected.

RMS is now providing complimentary UPS pickup for all trial packages being returned to us.  At the end of your trial period, we will schedule a pickup time that works for you.
