Our trial policy is to send two clarinets (as available), and the trial period is 5 days from the date of delivery.
We require a deposit for the price of the most expensive instrument we send plus the cost of shipping one way. This is done via credit card, financing, or a wire transfer.
Let us know the serial number of your favorite by day 5, and we can send you a fully insured UPS label for the one coming back. (Our discounted UPS labels cost you significantly less than shipping/ fully insuring yourself.) Pack the remaining instrument in the original box with plenty of packing material and drop it off at a local UPS Store.
In the unlikely event that both instruments are returned (no purchase made), the deposit will be refunded less the cost of shipping both ways and a 3% restocking fee. If any instrument is damaged, the cost of repair will also be deducted from the refund. If you choose to purchase an instrument from the trial, the sale is final once confirmed.
All sales are final five days after receipt of the package and are not subject to return.
In the event of a timely return, a refund will be issued less shipping both ways and a 3% restocking fee based on the purchase price, assuming the instrument arrives back to RMS in new condition and without any damage. Please contact us for an insured UPS return label.
